#BREAK# Orchids are some of the most intriguing plants people can bring into their homes and add to their personal plant collection.
Open Question: if i were a realtor, could i purchase a home representing myself and recieve commision?
And vise versa, on the hud could i recieve commisions from selling my own home? tax wise, would i want to?
I forgot to mention that this would be an investment home, not an owner ocupied home. So tax wise what would be best since it’s all income tax so to speak.
